Six6 App Terms and Conditions for Pakistan Players

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Six6 App at six6app.pro, registering an account or using any feature of the platform, you enter into a binding agreement with Six6 App and agree to be governed by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you complete registration.

These terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and Six6 App. Links to both documents are available in the footer of every page on the platform.

If you are registering on behalf of another person or are using someone else's account for any reason, please be aware that this is not permitted. Each account must represent a single individual and that individual must have personally agreed to these terms.

02 Eligibility & Registration

To register and use Six6 App, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be accessing the platform from a location where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited for you personally under applicable local laws.
• You must not already hold an active or previously suspended Six6 App account.
• You must provide accurate, complete and truthful information during registration, including your real name, contact details and date of birth.
• You must not be a person who has voluntarily self-excluded from the platform or been excluded by the platform for any reason.

Six6 App reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. This may include a copy of your CNIC, proof of address or confirmation of your payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension until verification is completed.

03 Account Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for all activity that takes place on your Six6 App account. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, withdrawals requested and any communications made through your account. You should treat your login credentials — your mobile number, password and any two-factor authentication codes — as strictly confidential.

If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you should contact the Six6 App support team immediately via live chat so that appropriate steps can be taken to secure your account. Six6 App is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Do not share your password with anyone, including family members or friends.
• Do not allow another person to use your account, place bets or make deposits on your behalf.
• Log out of your account when using a shared or public device.
• Keep the contact details associated with your account — mobile number, email address — up to date at all times.

Six6 App operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. If multiple accounts are found to be associated with the same individual — whether through shared device, shared payment method, shared IP address or any other indicator — all accounts may be suspended and balances frozen pending investigation. Bonuses obtained through duplicate accounts will be forfeited in full.

04 Deposits & Payments

Six6 App accepts deposits in PKR through JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfer and debit or credit card. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees and there is no currency conversion applied by the platform. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed on the deposit page at the time of transaction.

Deposits must be made from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Six6 App does not accept deposits originating from third-party accounts. If a deposit is found to have been made from an account belonging to someone other than the registered user, the platform reserves the right to reverse the transaction and suspend the account pending investigation.

• Deposits are generally credited to your account balance instantly for mobile wallet methods.
• Bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on your banking institution's processing times.
• Six6 App does not charge fees on deposits from its side. Your payment provider may apply their own standard transaction charges.
• In the event of a failed deposit where funds have left your payment account, please contact support with your transaction reference so the matter can be investigated promptly.

Six6 App does not operate as a financial institution. Your account balance is not a savings or investment account and does not earn interest. Funds held in your Six6 App account are kept for the purpose of gaming on the platform only.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed back to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard practice to prevent misuse of the platform and to ensure that funds are returned securely to the verified account holder.

Before processing a withdrawal, Six6 App may require that any active deposit bonus has met its applicable wagering requirements. Withdrawals requested before bonus conditions are fulfilled may result in the forfeiture of the bonus portion and any winnings directly attributable to it.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is displayed on the withdrawal page at the time of your request.
• Withdrawal processing times depend on the payment method chosen. Mobile wallet withdrawals are typically the fastest.
• Six6 App does not charge withdrawal fees from its side. Your payment provider may apply standard receiving charges in some cases.
• Six6 App reserves the right to conduct verification checks before approving any withdrawal. This may include requesting identity documents or proof of payment method ownership.

If a withdrawal request is declined or returned, the funds will be credited back to your Six6 App account balance. Please contact support if you believe a withdrawal has been incorrectly declined.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Six6 App offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the bonus is offered. Players should read the terms attached to any bonus before opting in, as wagering requirements and eligible games can vary significantly between promotions.

• Bonuses are valid for a specified period. Any bonus or bonus winnings not used within the validity window will expire automatically.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The wagering multiplier for each promotion is stated in the individual bonus terms.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while certain live casino and table games may contribute less or not at all. Check individual promotion pages for details.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on Six6 App are subject to the specific rules applicable to the event, market or game in question. For sports betting — including cricket, PSL matches, T20 internationals, football and esports — the rules governing settlement, void bets and special circumstances are displayed within the relevant betting section of the platform.

By placing a bet on Six6 App, you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or amend a bet after it has been accepted by the platform, except in markets where a cash-out option is explicitly available.
• Six6 App reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event where a result has already been determined at the time the bet was placed, whether or not the platform was aware of this at the time.
• In cases of obvious pricing errors — where odds displayed are clearly incorrect due to a technical fault — Six6 App reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the account balance.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply and are displayed at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by sport, event or game type.
• Winnings are credited to your account balance after settlement of the relevant event or game round.

For casino games and slots, each title operates according to the rules set by the game developer. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages and game rules are accessible within the individual game interface. 08 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

Six6 App is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable experience for all players. Any conduct that undermines the integrity of the platform, gives an individual an unfair advantage or harms other players is strictly prohibited. This includes but is not limited to:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with games on your behalf.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage. Any such errors must be reported to support immediately.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets.

• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Attempting to use the platform for any form of money laundering or financial fraud.

Six6 App actively monitors platform activity for patterns that indicate unfair play or abuse. Accounts found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be suspended immediately. Balances associated with such accounts may be frozen pending investigation, and any winnings resulting from prohibited activity will be forfeited in full.

09 Privacy & Data

Six6 App collects and processes personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at six6app.pro/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in that policy.

The personal data you provide — including your name, contact details and payment information — is used for account management, identity verification, payment processing and customer support purposes. Six6 App does not sell your personal data to unrelated third parties.

• Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption protocols.

10 Responsible Gaming

11 Account Suspension & Closure

Six6 App reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering or financial abuse.
• Providing false or misleading information at any point.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Engaging in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 8.
• At the player's own request for self-exclusion or account closure.

If your account is closed in good standing and you have a remaining balance that is not subject to any investigation, bonus conditions or disputed transaction, you may request a withdrawal of that balance through the standard withdrawal process. Balances linked to accounts suspended for policy violations may be withheld pending review.

12 Limitation of Liability
